President Putin has prematurely dismissed the head of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov , RIA Novosti reported with reference to Kremlin press-service.

President Putin has prematurely dismissed the head of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov , RIA Novosti reported with reference to Kremlin press-service.

"To appoint Magomedsalam Magomedov deputy head of RF Presidential Administration," the decree said.

Magomedov resigned voluntarily.

State Duma deputy, member of the United Russia party Ramazan Abdulatipov was appointed acting head of Dagestan, Kremlin press-service reported.

Earlier some media stated that the MP will head the region.

In 90-ies Abdulatipov served as minister of national politics and the Deputy Prime Minister. At present, he holds position of deputy chief of the State Duma committee for federative system and local self-government issues.
