According to recent reports, one policeman was killed, and eight people were injured in an explosion in Mahachkala on Saturday, spokesman of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan told RIA Novosti by phone.
"An explosion in the building of the Interior Ministry in Mahachkala killed a policeman and injured eight people, including two police officers," the source said.
According to preliminary reports, the explosion was made by a woman.
"This information is still very preliminary and needs to be tested," the source said.
