Four IS members killed in southeastern Turkey
Turkish troops killed four "Islamic State" (IS) militants Saturday in Turkey's southeastern Gaziantep province, military sources said, Anadolu agency reported.
They said late Saturday that two cars carrying identified IS members advanced toward an armored vehicle belonging to the Turkish army near a border post in Oguzeli district.
Warned by soldiers to stop, the militants responded by shelling the vehicle.
Turkish soldiers opened fire at the cars, killing four IS members in one, while an unknown number of militants in the second car fled the scene, sources said.
