( ForUm ) - The parliament's speaker Olexander Moroz has opened morning session of the VRU. 262 People's deputies are registered in the hall, ForUm's correspondent reports. The BYuT and "Our Ukraine" factions haven't come.
Moroz has claimed that until the CEC does not confirm the resignation of People's deputies from the opposition, the VRU cannot be considered as illegitimate, therefore continues its work.
Besides, the speaker has noted that the oppositionists must define, who has written an application on resignation and who has not. He has reminded oppositionists that "procedure needs to be finished ".
