( ForUm ) - Commenting on the situation concerning early parliamentary elections, the PR people's deputy Taras Chornovil noted that President Viktor Yushchenko should issue at least one decree on early elections, as on the basis of the last decree election campaign can't be held.

"The President's decree should be issued 60 day before the elections but not 120 days before. It is obvious that on the basis of this decree it is impossible to hold elections. Yushchenko should issue one more decree to set elections on September 30 in the late June," he said.

He also added that the decree will be constitutional in case there will be 150 resignation applications from opposition. Today there are only 28 applications from "Our Ukraine".
