Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu held talks in Ankara on Tuesday with ambassadors of Turkic-speaking countries efforts to ensure stability and cooperation in Eurasia and the Caspian, Russia's TRT website reported.
During the meeting with the ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, Davutoglu said Turkey will continue to exert all possible efforts to ensure stability in Eurasia and the Caspian region.
Davutoglu reiterated Ankara's desire to see Uzbekistan in this process by recalling that Tashkent did not participate in a summit of Turkic-speaking countries in Istanbul in mid-September.
Ankara will start the special working group's meeting of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA).
