Turkish FM underlines need for fighting anti-Semitism, Islamophobia

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has called Holocaust a dark page in the history of mankind.
“January 27 is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Holocaust is a dark page in the history of mankind,” Cavusoglu said on his official Twitter profile.
“On this occasion, we underline the need for a determined fight against anti-Semitism/racism/xenophobia/Islamophobia,” he said in another tweet.
International Holocaust Remembrance Day is a memorial day on January 27 commemorating the victims of the genocide that resulted in the death of an estimated 6 million Jewish people.
