Export of electrical goods from Turkey to Iran down by almost 20%

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Nov.25

Turkey reduced the export of electrical goods to Iran from January to October of 2019, rend reports with reference to the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology.

In the mentioned period, export of Turkish electric goods to Iran decreased by 19,62 percent, compared to the same period of 2018, amounting to $89.4 million.

In October of 2019, exports of electric goods from Turkey to Iran also fell by 8.83 percent compared to October 2018, making up $9.1 million.

In ten months of 2019 Turkey’s exports to Iran decreased by 5,28 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, amounting to $1.9 billion.

From January through October 2019, Turkey’s exports grew by 1.60 percent, compared to the same period of 2018, amounting to $137 billion.

In October of 2019, Turkey’s exports fell by 0,33 percent, compared to October 2018, amounting to $15.2 billion
