Turkish company eyes to implement several projects till late 2021

The Turkish Eti Maden I.G.M company, engaged in the extraction of mineral raw materials containing boron, intends to implement 14 projects worth 324.9 million Turkish liras ($37.6 million) till late 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources told Trend on July 12.

All projects will be implemented through the state budget.

"Eti Maden I.G.M company allocated 833.8 million Turkish liras ($96.5 million) for the implementation of projects last year," the ministry said.

Turkey's expenditures on the implementation of energy projects will amount to 16.8 billion Turkish liras ($1.9 billion) as of 2021, while this figure at the end of last year stood at 44.5 billion Turkish liras ($5.1 billion).

Some 125 energy projects will be implemented in Turkey till late 2021. Turkey will spend foreign loans in the amount of 3.1 billion Turkish liras ($357.9 million) for their implementation.

Some 16.6 billion Turkish liras ($1.9 billion) out of 44.5 billion Turkish liras ($5.1 billion) allocated in Turkey for the implementation of energy projects in 2020 accounted for the foreign loans.
