The culture days of the United Arabic Emirates started in Azerbaijan on Tuesday. The event is organized within the bilateral cooperation of the Culture Ministries, the Azerbaijani Culture Ministry told Trend.
The delegation including 100 fine art and culture workers is led by Sagr Gyubesh, the Deputy Culture Minister of the UAE. In the daytime they will pay a tribute to the Martyrs Alley and the grave of Ex-President Heydar Aliyev. The official opening ceremony will take place at Museums Centre at 16.00pm, where visitors will be able to see photo exhibition and get familiar with the culture of the UAE. In the evening the delegation will go to sight-seeing.
The gests will be received by Polad Bul-buloglu, the Azerbaijani Culture Minister, on Wednesday. Then they will attend the state historic reserves Absheron and Atashgah. The visit program also includes a trip to Shaki, speech at S.Rahman State theatre, familiarization with culture-historic monuments of the town. The culture days will complete with concerts of Arabic fine art masters to be staged in Baku on 2 October.
