The Kremlin is preparing a response to the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's message to the Russian President Vladimir Putin, the press-secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, told RIA Novosti Feb. 3.
"Undoubtedly, a response will be sent," Peskov said.
Iranian supreme leader's advisor for international affairs, Ali Akbar Velayati handed over a message from President Rouhani to President Putin on Jan. 28, IRNA reported.
