The transportation and security of energy was the focus of a meeting on Thursday between Georgian president and Azerbaijani defense minister in Tbilisi.
Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili and Azerbaijani Defence Minister Zakir Hasanov discussed deepening the bilateral relations in the sphere of military and industrial cooperation, according to information given to Trend by the Georgian Presidential Administration told Trend.
In an effort to ensure the regional security of energy and transport infrastructure, the two sides discussed the planning and implementation of joint military exercises between units of the Azerbaijani, Turkish and Georgian military.
Cooperation between the three countries in additional fields were also discussed.
