Another shooting erupted in the 20th district of Paris on Jan.9, leaving at least one injured, RIA Novosti reported citing BFM TV channel.
Reportedly, the shooting erupted in front of a store that sells kosher products and the attacker took hostages. The incident occurred at 13:00 (UTC/GMT +1 hour).
"Police operation in Porte de Vincennes," Alexis Corbière, secretary general of La Partie de la Gauche (the party of the left) tweeted.
French media reported that possibly, the fire was opened by the attacker who shot at a female police officer and a employee of the road service on Jan.8.
A man wearing a bullet-proof vest opened fire at police officers on Jan.8 in the morning, leaving one police officer and an employee of road service seriously injured. No information has been provided about the causes of starting the shooting.
