Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 March / Trend corr. E.Huseyinov / Azerbaijan will turn to summer time from 30 March. Clock hands should transfer for an hour forward from 29 to 30 March at 4:00a.m, the Azerbaijani State Standardization, Metrology, and Patent Agency reported to Trend .
Clock hands will be changed on the basis of order by Cabinet of Ministers.
Summer time is passed in most countries in order to save electric energy. For the first timer the summer time was experienced in Britain in 1908 and Russia from 1981. Presently, about 100 countries experience summer time, including European states.
According to experts, transfer of hands to hour forward or back my cause unhealthy feelings among 10 or 15 % of population. However, population will get use to after 2 or 3 days.
