The results of the tender, announced by the Agency on Hydrometeorology at the Ministry of Emergency of Kyrgyzstan on the creation of an electronic archive "Kyrgyzhydromet" and the establishment of the formation of a hydrometeorologic data base on electronic media, will be declared in the near future, Director General of the "Sinam" company Elchin Aliyev told Trend of Feb. 10.
According to his words, the "Sinam" company is participating in this tender, which was announced within the framework of the project "Modernization of hydrometeorlogic services in Central Asia" financed by the World Bank.
The installation of equipment and software, work on digitization, indexing and saving paper documents of "Kyrgyzhydromet" in the data base are part of the framework of the project.
In 2013, "Sinam" completed the installation of software of integrated system of the tax administration in the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan.
The system was installed in the central department of the State Tax Service and district offices throughout the country.
The software of the tax administration has modules for the registration of taxpayers, incomes, revising the declaration, audit and debt enforcement, appeals and so on.
The software has allowed unification of the central department of the State Tax Service and the Management on work with big taxpayers and district inspections of Kyrgyzstan. It has automated the process of preparation of reports on the information of the administration, and also provides sending of declarations to taxpayers in an electronic format.
The system of automation has allowed tax bodies of Kyrgyzstan to provide a more effective management of the process of tax collection, and also increased the level of collections to the state budget.
