One of the Azerbaijani biggest domestic insurance companies, which has confidently maintained its leadership in the life insurance segment over the previous years and accumulating almost a third of all fees in the country's insurance market – PASHA Life, successfully continues its activity in 2020 by demonstrating an improvement in insurance premiums in January 2020 compared January 2019, Trend reports referring to the company.

The company is constantly working on the development of new products and services, increasing the level of customer service. The mobile signature application for customers is being tested, which is a joint project of the company and the Information and Computing Center under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.

“This year is anniversary for the company,” Head of the Internal Communications Department of the company Vali Mammadov said. “PASHA Life insurance company was established 10 years ago in November 2010. In this regard, the company is preparing for the anniversary. A number of events are planned to be held.”

"The company reacted with great responsibility to the president’s instructions on raising public awareness in the field of insurance," the head of the department said. “PASHA Life constantly works in this sphere, collaborating with the relevant state agencies.”

“Moreover, the company's management and employees periodically inform the population about life insurance via local media outlets,” Mammadov said. “This will continue. Of course, information awareness will positively affect the insurance market as a whole.”

PASHA Life, operating since 2010, is the biggest insurance company in the country. PASHA Life implemented about 33 projects in 2019, 90 percent of which were related to the automation of the processes, which in turn affected the cost optimization and the collection of additional bonuses. The work of the front office and middle office of the company was restructured. The company has over 230 employees.
