BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 16. The price of registered land plots has risen by 10 percent from February this year to the present time, real estate expert Ramil Osmanli told Trend.
He noted that the rise in prices is related to the construction season.
"Citizens prefer to buy land mainly in Masazir, Khirdalan, Jeyranbatan, Ramana, Amirjan, Mardakan, Shuvalan, Pirshagi, and Zagulba to build private residential houses. Prices may fluctuate depending on the settlements and villages of the capital," he said.
The expert noted that the price per hundredth of land in the outskirts of Mardakan settlement varies from 10,000 to 30,000 manat (from $5,882 to $17,647).
