The Russian State Duma members will observe the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan, Secki-2015.az. website said.
The Russian delegation will be headed by Leonid Slutsky, the representative of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR), the chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Ties with Compatriots.
The visit of the Russian delegation consisting of seven people to Azerbaijan will last from October 30 to November 2.
The parliamentary election will be held in Azerbaijan Nov. 1.
