'When words freeze...' demonstrates Armenian vandalism and realities of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
The film demonstrates an Armenian policy that led to a genocide against the Azerbaijani people. Moreover, the film shows the crimes that Armenia did in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
Trend Agency produced the film with the support of the State Support to Media Development Fund. The film is in English and Russian and shows Armenia's inhumane crimes.
The film aims to familiarize the international community with Armenian vandalism towards Azerbaijanis and give a forum to Azerbaijan's just demands, he noted.
The conflict between the two South Caucasus countries began in 1988 when Armenia made territorial claims against Azerbaijan. Armenian armed forces have occupied 20 percent of Azerbaijan since 1992, including the Nagorno-Karabakh region and seven surrounding districts.
Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a cease-fire agreement in 1994. The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group - Russia, France, and the United States - are currently holding the peace negotiations.
Armenia has not yet implemented the U.N. Security Council's four resolutions on the liberation of the Nagorno-Karabakh region and the occupied territories.
