Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Konirova / The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, briefed the media on 27 February in Astana that the next meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia may take place in Geneva.
Responding to questions from Trend correspondent, Mammadyarov replied that the meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister will most likely take place in mid-March. An international forum on human rights will take place in Geneva and Azerbaijan will be represented by the Foreign Minister. The Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vardan Oskanyan, is also expected to visit Geneva.
In addition, Mammadyarov said that he discussed the issue of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement with his Kazakh colleague, Murat Tajin.
