As part of a criminal case filed on the fact of the train and passenger bus collision, which took place in Azerbaijan on Friday and led to casualties, two people have been arrested, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic said.
As noted in the report, Eyyub Ismayilov (under Article 262.3 "Violation of safety rules and operation of railway transport"), who was on duty at the crossing and Daewoo bus driver Farid Aghayev (under Article 263.3 "Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles") were arrested.
