Dead-bodies of jet crash victims from Georgia and Kazakhstan sent to their motherland

Dead-bodies of the citizens of Georgia and Kazakhstan died in a jet crash near Baku on 23 Dec have been sent to their Motherland, the embassies of these counties accredited in Baku told Trend.

According to diplomatic mission, the relatives of the victims identified the dead bodies and remains, and they were allowed to take them for burial.

Nodar Artsiani, a citizen of Georgia, 45, was a resident of Rustavi city and he was flying from Aku to Aktau.

The citizens of Kazakhstan вЂ" Isakov Dmitriy, Garanikova Tatyana, Karintiyev Bulud and Suleymanova worked in Baku.

18 passengers and 5 members of the crew died in a jet crash near Baku [Nardaran village] on 23 Dec at 22:27 [local hours]. AN-100-140 airliner, belonging to AZAL state company, took off Heydar Aliyev international airport at 22:19pm [local hours] to carry out Baku-Aktau flight. Within several minutes the communication with the aircraft interrupted and it disappeared from the display of the radars. Within 8 minutes of the flight the operator at the airports received a signal on the crash of AN-100-140. To diminish the scale of the crash the pilots were directed the airliner to the sea nearby.
