Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend E.Huseynli / Fifty-nine people panhandling in the streets were detained in Binagadi district of Baku, the Azerbaijani Inter Affairs Ministry said on 2 November.
Check ups were held by employees of the Urgent Response Forces and Public Security Unit of the Ministry. Twenty eight children are among the detained.
Administrative measures were taken in this respect.
