Ukraine Likely to be Russia’s Next Target after Georgia: Speaker of Georgian Parliament

Georgia, Tbilisi, 4 September / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / The Georgian Parliament's speaker worried about the current situation in Ukraine. The current processes happening in Ukraine confirms that Ukraine is Russia's next target after Georgia, the speaker stated.

At present developments in Ukraine shows one more that if situation in Georgia is not relevantly assessed, Georgia can be the first victim of the Russian aggression, but not the last one, the speaker of the legislative body stated at extraordinary meeting on 3 September.

"The fact that crisis is being transferred from Georgia to Ukraine without any delay, should be a signal for the European colleagues to react immediately," Bakradze said and thanked all Ukrainian politicians supporting Georgia.
