Georgia, Tbilisi, 12 September/ Trend , corr N. Kirtskhalia/ NATO Secretary General accused Russia of violating all international agreements and ceasefire agreement signed by the Russian Presdent Dmitry Medvedev.
"Instead of continuing talks on resolution of Abkhaz and South Ossetian conflicts and holding dialogue about the future status of these provinces within the internationally recognized borders of Georgia, Russia made an illegal decision to recognize these two provinces," NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said in his interview with Rustavi-2 TV channel of Georgia.
Scheffer gave an interview to TV channel on occasion of his visit to Tbilisi on 15 September to take part in the meeting of Council of North Atlantic Alliance to be presided over by him.
