More than 36% of electors voted at four Election Constituency Commissions of Ganja by 12.00AM local time. Maximum activity is observed at the Kapaz Election Constituency Commission 39. Thus, 38% of electors voted at this station.
A total of 13.47% of voters participated in the elections in Ganja by 10.00AM Baku time. Some 149,155 voters were registered at 112 polling stations of the Ganja Precinct Election Commissions 37, 38, 39 and 40.
Some 1,319 observers, including 610 representatives of political parties, 424 - non-government organizations and 285 independent observers, are observing the voting in Ganja.
