Azerbaijan, Baku, 20 October / Trend corr. I.Alizade / Turkish President Abdullah Gul will participate in a summit on energy security to be held in Baku in November, Hulusi Kilij, the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan said at a news conference on 20 October.
The 4th energy security summit of the Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic Sea regions will take place in Baku in November.
The summit will consider the intergovernmental Working Group's report.
According to Kilij, at present arrangements are being held for the Turkish President's Azerbaijan visit.
