Seven Rebels, Four Foreign Soldiers Killed and Injured in Afghanistan
Afghanistan, Kabul, 30 November / Trend , corr. A. Hakimi/ Interior ministry media office published the news in a press letter today.
In the press release quoted Zmary Bashary, the spokesman to the interior minister that Afghan National Police (ANP) have killed one insurgent and arrested four while they are injured in an ambush launched on Taliban in Maiwand district of Kandahar province.
According to the resource, one AK-47 and different kind of ammunitions recovered in this clash.
No reaction in this regard expressed by Taliban so far but they (Taliban) claimed that Taliban destroyed a Canadian Tank in the above mentioned district with its four on board soldiers.
Qari Yousif Ahamadi, self proclaimed spokesman for Taliban, said to media that they destroyed the Tank with a planted mine.
Meanwhile, a person who wanted to plant a mine was killed by government security forces in Paktika province.
