Ukrainian Parliamentary Speaker Volodymyr Litvin officially announced Nikolai Martinenko's election as the new chairman of the Our Ukraine-National Self-Defense fraction.
The speaker also announced that Ruslan Knyazevich, Taras Stetskivm Boris Tarasyuk and Alexander Tretyakov were elected as deputy chairmen.
Former Chairman Vyacheslav Kirilenko retired on Dec. 16 after 37 of 72 fraction members supported forming a coalition with Yulia Timoshenko's Bloc and the Bloc of Litvin.
