Georgia, Tbilisi, Jan. 23 /corr. Trend N.Kirtskhalia / The President of Georgia considers all observation missions not very effective in the crisis situations, President Mikhail Saakashvili said in direct ether of Public television of Georgia.

"I myself was convinced of how the observation missions of the international organizations in August were ineffective, when the Russian aggression was located in Zugdidi. Russian military people said to the observers of the United Nations to leave the zone of control, and they implicitly did this, and I saw this myself," he said.

In spite of this, the President emphasized that the Georgian side nevertheless insists on the presence of observers in the zones of conflict, but "it is necessary to prove truth itself".
