OSCE Senior Border Issues Advisor Henry Bolton is reviewing further cooperation with Turkmenistan via joint programs.
According to official Turkmen sources, Bolton held talks with several government agencies, including the border, customs and anti-narcotics services. Turkmenistan has a long border with Afghanistan and Iran. Turkmenistan has been an Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) member since 1992.
