Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Kadyrbek Sarbayev met with head of the OSCE Bishkek Office Ambassador Andrew Tesoriere to discuss cooperation, the ministry said.
The meeting focused on Kyrgyzstan's contribution to restoring peace in Afghanistan via a future program at the Regional Customs Center in Bishkek. The center will train Afghan customs officers. The project is expected to be launched in early 2009.
The OSCE will implement projects to reform Kyrgyz government agencies and penal system.
Water and energy projects are cooperation priorities.
