In his message to the President of Azerbaijan, the President of Turkey Abdullah Gul expressed his condolences over the tragedy that occurred at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, which killed innocent people, AzTV television reported.
"On behalf of the Turkish people, we express our deepest condolences on the loss of innocent lives in this terrible tragedy," said the message by the Turkish President.
Gul wished speedy recovery of those wounded in the tragedy.
