President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov instructed to proceed with the construction of the district center Bereket in the Balkan region that was affected by the earthquake in 2000 and the future of which is now linked to the large rail project Iran-Turkmenistan-Kazakhstan, local media reported today.

Goods will be transported to different parts of the world via route which is the shortest one linking Europe and South Asia.
