A sergeant who killed soldiers and officers via a service arm in the Seyfali polygon at 11:00 on May 23 was arrested.
Soldier of the military unit N Orkhan Safarov killed four and wounded one during a military exercise, Defense Ministry Press Secretary Eldar Sabiroglu told Trend on May 25.
Sabiroglu said the lawsuit was filed on this case. The press secretary did not divulge motive and reasons of the case and said that the investigation will determine this.
The Agjabadi Region Military Commissariat called Safarov to a military service in January 2008.
According to unofficial data, before the case, Safarov always underwent undisciplined actions and insult by the persons whom he killed.
