Azerbaijan, Baku, June 2 / Trend , J. Babayeva/ Chairman of the Azerbaijan Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov will monitor elections to the European parliament and elections local authorities in Latvia to take place on June 6.
Panahov's visit to Latvia will start on June 4 and run through June 7 upon the invitation of Latvian Election Commission chairman Arnis Chimdars, the Azerbaijani CEC said.
During the visit, Azerbaijani and Latvian CEC chairmen will discuss cooperation and exchange of experience. Panahov will be accompanied by CEC International Relations Department Head Rovzat Gasimov.
