Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev left for Russia with a business visit, the AzerTaj state news agency reported on June 4.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Head of the Baku City Administration Hajibala Abutalibov saw off the head of state at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
