The Iranian Central Election Commissions stated that the election process was prolonged for two hours due to high voter turn out at 7 polling stations, IRINN reported.
Earlier it was reported that the elections which started at 08:00 Tehran time will end at 18:00. It is possible to prolong the election till midnight, the Iranian Supervisory Council's Election Control Organization said.
