Meeting of NATO-Georgia Commission says strengthening of democracy

Progress made towards the strengthening of democracy in Georgia discussed at the meeting of NATO-Georgia Commission at the headquarters of the alliance. Members of the alliance expressed support democratic reforms in the country, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia press department reported.

The meeting of NATO-Georgia Commission was held at the level of political committees on June 17.

Georgia was represented by Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for International Relations Giorgi Kandelaki, Deputy State for European Integration Elena Hoshtariya and head of International Organizations, Ministry of Corrections, probation and legal aid Tamar Mamukelashvili.
