Kyrgyzstan and Montenegro signed a protocol to establish diplomatic ties in Moscow on July 25, press release by the Kyrgyz embassy in Russia said.
The document was signed by Kyrgyz ambassador to Russia Raimkul Attakurov and by Montenegrin ambassador to Russia Slobodan Batskovich.
Montenegro is the youngest state in Europe the independence of which was announced on June 3, 2006.
