Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, July 1 / Trend , G. Hasanov/

Ukrainian President ViktorYushcehnko will visit Turkmenistan this autumn. The agreement was reached during telephone talks between Yushchenko and Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov.

Yushchenko was invited to take part in inauguration of railway bridge over Amudarya, the largest river in the Central Asia.

A week ago President Berdimuhammedov expressed his disagreement over terms of construction of the bridge built by Ukrtransstroy which costs $123 million. The president ordered to complete the construction soon.

In early January 2009, Turkmenistan's Foreign Ministry handed a note to Kiev, which expressed concern about senior management because of the disruption of the timing of construction of a number of important sites built by Ukrainian companies. In addition to the bridge it was about engineering-communication tunnel, construction of which was entrusted with the Ukrainian Interbudmontazh in 1999. Turkmen authorities have threatened to file for international arbitration court.
