Abkhazian side is ready for return of refuges, head of Abkhazian delegation, deputy foreign minister of Sukhumi puppet regime Maxim Gvindzhia told media during Geneva talks.
"We are ready for launching this process. But it deals with Gal region," he said.
Process must be launched from registration of refugees. Afterwards, it must be found out how many people want to return to Gal region. He did not touch security of returned and those who must protect their rights, Gvindzhia said.
Georgian side calls for entry of international police in region. Presently, Russian troops are placed there.
