Two cases of swine flu were registered in Georgia. New cases were also consequence of illness export, Georgian minister of health, Alexander Kvitashvili, said at a briefing on July 28.

Two cases of swine flu were registered in Georgia. New cases were also consequence of illness export, Georgian minister of health, Alexander Kvitashvili, said at a briefing on July 28.

Two infected are women arrived from England and Spain. It should be noted that two cases of А/H1N1 virus registered before were revealed at Georgian citizens arriving from Spain and England. 

State of infected people is normal. They are being cured at home, Kvitashvili said. They are treated by Tamiflu which is effective preparation. Two other infected people were cured by this preparation. 

"There is no reason for panic. Transition of virus from one man to another was not registered in Georgia. This virus penetrated from abroad," Kvitashvili said. He said that illness is treated by Tamisflu. There are a lot of these preparations in Georgia.

Sanitary services strengthened control in the international airport in Tbilisi after the first two cases of swine flu were revealed at Georgian citizens returning home.
