Georgia, Tbilisi, Aug.3 / Trend N.Kirtzkhalia /

The Georgian Foreign Ministry accuses Russia and South Ossetia of not giving permission to special envoy of Greek presidency at the OSCE to enter Tskhinvali.

Georgian Foreign Ministry regrets that Russia and its puppet regime continue to violate blatantly the agreement signed on Aug.12, 2008. They do not allow, not only representatives of the Geneva negotiations, but also the cars with identification marks of the OSCE and the UN, to the occupied territory under their control.

The Special Envoy of Greece presidency at the OSCE, Hristopoulos, was likely to discuss urgent issues, including supply of the border villages with water and other humanitarian issues, in Tskhinvali on the second working group, established in the Geneva format.

The ministry leaves the hope that the Greece chairing the OSCE and other OSCE countries will assess respectively another destructive action of Russia, the ministry said.
