Azerbaijan, Baku, Sept. 28 / Trend , J.Babayeva/
A member of the Azerbaijani Parliament will raise the issue of signing a "road map" between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
"There is a need to sign a "road map" between Turkey and Azerbaijan. This paper should be signed before the paper which is expected to be signed between Turkey and Armenia. This paper should be a legal framework to prevent the Turkish authorities from taking step beyond the framework," Parliamentarian and Deputy Chairman of the pro-government Ana Vatan Party, Zahid Oruj told Trend on Sept. 28.
Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Turkey and Armenia will sign a deal to establish diplomatic ties on Oct. 10, Erdogan said in his exclusive interview with Trend .
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the deal would be signed by the countries' foreign ministers, but it must be approved by the countries' parliaments before taking effect.
The parliamentarian said the "road map" might be Turkey's moral responsibility. "We are brothers and all political slogans have great importance. But we need the legal "road map". I will raise this issue at the Azerbaijani Parliament," Oruj said.
