Georgian opposition leader to speak at Munich security conference

Leader of the Alliance for Georgia Irakliy Alasaniya will take part in the Munich International Security Conference. Alasaniya received an official invitation to the conference a few weeks ago, the alliance reported.
Presently, the sides specify details of the visit.
The Munich Conference is one of the largest international forums, which is attended by senior politicians and experts.
The conference is planned to hold several activities. Alasaniya will speak at the forum on Georgia's security issues and its role in the international security system.
The leader is also expected to hold meetings with ministers and experts from different countries.
The Munich International Security Conference will be held Feb.5-7. A Georgian delegation to be headed by Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze also will attend the event.
