There were changes in staff of the Kazakh Ministry of Defense, the press-service of the Ak-Orda said.
According to the President's decree, Saken Zhasuzakov was appointed first deputy defense minister of Kazakhstan - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. He was dismissed from the post of top commander of Ground Forces of the Kazakh Armed Forces.
Talgat Zhanzhumenov was appointed Deputy Defense Minister of Kazakhstan.
Murat Maykeev was appointed commander of Army Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Muslim Altynbayev was appointed commander of Regional Command "Astana".
Basil Rysbaev was appointed commander of Regional Command 'East'.
According to other decrees of the President Mutar Altynbayev was dismissed from the post of First Deputy Defense Minister of Kazakhstan - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and got other job. Ratmir Komratov was dismissed from the post of deputy defense minister of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Shatskov - from the post of commander of Regional Command 'Astana'; Nikolai Pospelov - from the post of commander of Regional Command 'East'.
