Baku will host an international forum on the topic "The interaction of cultures in terms of globalization" on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's representation in Russia June 29-30.
The International Forum, intended to be a logical continuation of the scientific conference held in June 2009 in Moscow, dedicated to Azerbaijan's outstanding politician, national leader Heydar Aliyev's memory.
At the forum, which will consider philosophical studies, famous scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences will address with reports on topics: "Some problems of international scientific cooperation and ways of development of social sciences in Azerbaijan", "Globalization, Terrorism and Dialogue" , "Culture, civilization, globalization. Heydar Aliyev - the man and politician", "Individual parameters of democratic values in modern society," "Democracy, mass society and once again on role of personalities in history", "Interaction between the culture of thinking in terms of globalization", "Forming a new generation in the period of change of civilizations and problems of aesthetic education" and "Civic culture and civic values in modern Azerbaijan".
The guests of the two-day forum will attend Mugam concert at the International Center of Mugam and will get acquainted with the Azerbaijani culture.
