Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today headed to Ukraine for a working visit, the AzerTAj state news agency reported.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Head of State was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
