The problem with getting visas for Azerbaijanis to visit United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been completely solved, Azerbaijani ambassador to United Arab Emirates Elkhan Gahramanov told Trend.
The Azerbaijani Embassy in United Arab Emirates (UAE) delivered a note to the Foreign Ministry of this country in connection with the failure to provide Azerbaijani men, wishing to visit the UAE, with visas, ambassador told Trend over phone from Abu Dhabi.
The male population of Azerbaijan aged 18-60 during the last few days fail to get a visa to visit Dubai (UAE). The UAE authorities refuse from giving visas to Azerbaijani travel agencies, working in this area of the world, without any explanation, some Azerbaijani tour agencies told Trend.
The reason was some technical problems that have already been solved, Gahramanov said.
From today, all citizens of Azerbaijan can freely apply for visas at travel agencies, diplomat said.
